Poor System from Old Mutual

I went to Old Mutual Mthatha Plazza to make a withdrawal from my investment, it's where I was told I had no investment. The consultant assisting, called their Head office and again I was not assisted, I had to open my banking app and show the consultant that it debits from my account. Later that day, around 6p.m I got an sms that I would be able to make a withdrawal from the investment. So again I will have to wait for about 5 to 7 working days before receiving the funds, I again had to go back to Old mutual to request for the withdrawal. My profile was mismatched, my information was incorrect on their system, for a very long time I have been with this company, how would the system have my personal details mismatched?
