poor servive

I hate the day when i took policies with old mutual, i am a policy holder,en my mother inlaw passed away in freestate,then i went to welkom on the 25 april 2015 to make claim because funeral will b? held in KZN on the 1 May 2015,when the consultant by the name of Violet told me that there is an error in the date that is on her system, acoording to identity she was born 24 may 1951 but in their system the date is differ,but year an month is the same,so she will sumbit that report to head office so that they may recalculate en on the other hand i must make arrangement,i took policies because i didnt want to b? stranded when death occurs, Now the estimation day was that it will b? friday if they approve,so the is no exact day,for me its unfair if the error was on the year maybe i was going to understand,old muatual is frustating me everytime .I have been complaining about them to hellow peter several times,their service is not good an sad part is that i have many policies with them,which means i will b? expririence such bad servive through ot,i want them to speed up the process en treath me like other clients,
