Poor services no loan was paid

I app**** for a personal loan at Durban branch last Friday so they requested for more documents which I sent and on Saturday I called in to find out the lady who assisted was not at work and I was assisted by another guy saying my application has been approved I should wait for funds to reflect sane Saturday or almost Monday morning, today is Friday and nothing has come through or reflected. My salary gets paid into my old mutual account I don't know why is taken to long for them to assist me eish
