Poor Services from old mutual
*********** consultants at old mutual group scheme. My Mom has policies she took when she started working she's on pension now she provided her new banking details and new debit date to old mutual before she went on pension, some months they debit some they dont i dont know whats the problem. Next thing we received letters that policies have lapsed how so when we have provided them with new nanking details, and there is always funds on the said account but they just never debit. I jave accompanied my mom to the nearest branch even today we still haven't been assisted. I have also called to try and reinstate the policies by making payment even that has not been done. My mom is worried sick she's an elder now and have had those policies for way too long for her to just leave them unpaid. I need to get help for her so that policies are reinstated, i made sure that everything was done in terms of changing banks and old mutual was provided with all the new information. If anyone can assist it will really mean alot to me and my mother.

27 Aug 2025, 14:42I haven't received any response till to date, i have tried calling, im still on the line till now .Old mutual doesn't care about their clients. Its clear that no one is willing to as me assist my mother. But one thing for sure i am not gna leave this matter unresolved.

Its seems like no one knows anything here. I didnt wake up and decided to make this out of no where.
