Poor services

I have been trying to submit a claim since the 24th of October from my super fund scheme. I must the consultants are clueless and rude and the branches can't help you. It's costly to call the call center, you for well over 20 minutes before being assisted. Not sure what is difficult with closing the account and transferring funds to my account. Every time I call in I get different updates. Poor customer service, no sense of urgency for they clients and the managers are also to reliable, they doontt return call backs.
