Poor services

I got a policy reflecting on my pay slip that was opened without my consent, I went to the branch to report the matter and they asked me to return with an ID and bank statement which I did.

Funny part, I never received any feedback to say we canceled the policy and we are processing your refund as you don't know this policy as it was opened without your knowledge.

Very disappointed and frustrated.
