Poor Services

I am so furious, I have submitted a retirement claim with old mutual claims In November 2022. And I haven received my payment yet. It's madness. I don't know if whg Companies chose to use old mutual for retirement funds. Its bad, everything about that Company is just bad news. I decided to take the legal route now because it's been long over due. I thought my friend was joking when she said. She only got hers payed over six months of submitting a claim. I mean Alexander Forbs takes only 2 to 4 weeks. You get your money in 2 weeks. Companies they better terminate their contracts with old mutual. They are not doing a good job at all. I am very upset and not happy with their level of service it is very poor.
