Poor services

Good day I am really disgusted by old mutual services. I have so many bad experiences. My mother in-law funeral policy still being deducted after months of her passing and I had to wait months after to be reimbursed. Secondly my sons educational policy still being deducted after months of maturity and I had to wait for the reimbur*****t. Thirdly I was double debited for a policy that I have never skipped premium when checked it was confirmed ive never ever skipped any premium then to be told they will pay out in two weekes on the day of reimbur*****t I was told I did skip a premium after I logged complaint a month ago.
