Poor service to independent advisors and there clients

Customer withdraw money from portfolio , over a week now ,no response from consultant and assistant , as an independent financial advisor I find it very difficult to do business with Old Mutual. Impossible to get any joy or answers from the broker support staff/assistant. As i explained the urgency of the withdrawal when i submit it to my consultant and assistant. I seems like they do not care about customer care.
