Poor service to clients

Old mutual does not take their customers serious , call center is non existent , you are on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes before anyone answers the phone . I made a withdrawal on the 24th of june but i still have not received my money . Its a mere R2500 for goodness sake surely i need the money . Today i call them only to be told that the application is closed on their side , how is that even possible when i haven't received the money . Tomorrow the school reopens and im still here waiting for the money i should be using for my kids . Old mutual start taking your clients serious . Never had such bad service in my life .
