Poor service to access my own funds
I have a my provident fund with old Mutual. I have resigned from Nedbank more than a month ago. I have been trying to get my funds to start a business but Old Mutual cannot give me any answers. I have wasted so much airtime trying to get someone to assist me. No one answers their calls. I have really lost my patients with this company. I need my funds as a matter of urgency.
