POOR SERVICE RECIEVED l SCHEME NOT UPDATED

'Do great things', says Old Mutual yet their very own employees are failing to do their jobs! Disappointed does not even come close to expressing how I feel about Old Mutual. I have been with them for a couple of years now as my scheme, Goaworx, is underwritten by them.

I made payments to my scheme in April already yet it has not been updated, my schemes status remains Inactive and with any scheme, there will be be claims that should be made. As is, I have been paying without fail yet no one has bothered to update. I have made numerous phonecalls, sent emails to numerous people, to no avail. I am very disappointed as no one has cared to even attend to this matter. I have gone beyond and done all that was asked of me, yet my schemes status still remains as Inactive.

I am very dissapointed in the service rendered.
