Poor Service on Delayed claim of educational plan, since November 2018

I am very disappointed with Old Mutual Finance services, there is an Education Plan that we have claimed to Old Mutual last year 29 November 2018 preparing for a child to study in the beginning of year 2019, were promised to receive cash 5 to 14 days which lapsed long time ago. We have made several follow ups without success. Every visit on Old Mutual offices we were getting different stories. This has resulted the child to be stressful, which affect the child. Now the child is in out on social worker, and She defaulted on treatment, which can result death due loss of hope, this child has no biological parent. I have lost lot of monies in trying to help the child, NOW SHE has missed many opportunities, where the company I worked for promised to subsidises on recognise institution as a slow learner , Old Mutual Finance services is BIG COMPANY which should respect dignity of South AFRICANS, country at large, OLDMUTUAL MUST HOLD ACCOUNTANTABLE, this is a bad image on financial institution. This child has lost hope, and I am trying at my best. IF THERE IS NO MONEY WHY THEY Misleading us. Attached is document which proves parent of this child passed on 14 YEARS AGO. We want this company to penalized for delaying a future of an orphan i.e. frustration, missing out spaces on good institution, defaulting on medication due to stress/ depression.

Justice of South Africa must make sure they pay all damages and provide extra assistance. We planning to sue OLDMUTUAL for time lose and anxiety caused If they respond because we have escalated this matter, they must be penalized for wrong doing, for the child has missed opportunities. And I have taken extra excesses, now I do not know what to do. For we were hoping that nothing will give this child challenges. We app**** on time. Surrender amount was presented on HER.
