Poor service- Oldmutal- very disappointing!!!

I emailed all my requirements to old mutual over 5 weeks ago and have not received any adequate responses. I also sent an email to there complaints department and besides the auto response no feedback, call on anything. the funds needs to be paid to the estate account, all other companies paid but OM refuses to !!! or even understand the realities!!! this is for my late wifes RA as well as unit trust, same bad service and no communication or urgency...
