Poor service old mutual not paying out my money

I made a request to request funds from my old mutual investment last week Tuesday tge 2nd of March and I was told my money would be deposited with Inc 7 days. Monday I made a follow up and I couldn't get a proper answer. Today I made an enquiry again and I'm still being told stories and that maybe I'll get the money on the 17th. This not unacceptable I requested the money because there's an urgent need for it and the 7days has passed already.
