POOR SERVICE 😭😭💔 OLD MUTUAL

Morning hellopeter....can you kindly help me I want my money back from old mutual I phone them on the 06 May 2023 canceling the policy......no security questions was asked to me the lady said I must provide my ID NO which I did thereafter she told me that the policy has been canceled however on the 25 May boooooom my R282 out from my account then I didn't get enough time to go to the nearest branch cause I'm new in Pretoria until I meet this other lady at Pedro's going to by food I've asked her wher is the nearest branch that I can go to she gave me directions then this month b4 even the 25 I went to the branch to ask for the reversal of my money they told me that they will email me a document that I have to sign and send it back to them whi ch I didn't receive any documents till to date.......then the following day I went back again to the branch they told me really you didn't receive documents from us I said yes..the lady who was helping me she call their office I think.....I've spoken with the lady by the name of Acwengile who also told me that she will email documents to me for complain she even ask tge verification of my email but till to date I haven't receive any documents boooooooom again my money was out from my account R282 on the 23 June pleasehelp me I need my money as soon as possible please I'm even going to cancel this life policy with them I don't trust them anymore...either going back to their offices NO also no ref number I received on both call and Acwengile even to the branch nothing.....please help
