Poor service old mutual

Old mutual doesn't want to cancel the investment I have with them, they were deducting from my bank account and now they refuse to deposit the funds into my account as the policy is under my 3 year old son. They need a 3 months bank statement in the name of my son which is ridiculous.

When I opened the investment under my son's name they never requested all these documents, but now that they have to return the money they want a lot of things.
