Poor Service Old Mutual!

We have been struggling to get pay outs from Old mutual for months now, When they want to sign a new policy you get the best service, but when it comes to pay outs, you get absolutely no service. We are being sent from pillar to post. nobody can answer any of our questions, and nobody ever returns a call! Pathetic. Customers should think twice before signing a policy with Old mutual, I for sure will be cancelling all my other policies with them, This is not how you want to be treated! ,
