POOR SERVICE OLD MUTUAL

Tried getting through to Old Mutual but after 1 hour gave up. Sent 3 emails and only after 3 weeks rep****. I will never ever use Old Mutual again. The service is really bad. I dont think they know what is going on their own company. I have been trying to them to pay out my money since beginning of Feb 2018. They dont even make an eford to call you.
