Poor Service of Old Staff Members
I have received bad service from the department that deal with old mutual staff medical aid which I was a member of. I was requesting my tax certificate for 2016 tax year which commerced on 01/03/2016 to 28/02/2017. I was member for 11 months. Now they said they don't have record for the year but they were able to retrieve information for the year before. I have asked the consultant that was assist me last to escalate this matter as SARS requires this document so I can be complaint with my returns of which I haven't received any feedback. I was assisted by Karabo
