Poor service, No available leader on Sarturday

Dear Old Mutual Please stop debitting my acc before debit order date.. I'm not planning to run away from the world..

I called your call centre ***,raising the fact I have issue with debit order going off before its debit date. Your consultant puts me in a department were the is answering machines.. ,That is how my query was resolved.

Called again 2nd consultant tells me to call again on Monday. As the is nobody else to help me. Puts me in a department we're the is answering machines. I asked for a reference for the call , the is no reference. I was told you use the time i called in as my reference. That how you give quality service to your loyal customers.
