Poor Service - No Answers for queastions

1. Old Mutual Self Service - I update my personal information and debit order dates and the system does not allow or make changes. - Debit orders going off on wrong dates] - sms sent to wrong cellphone numbers 2. I got email to say policy has lapsed - I recall 1 month ( October 2023) as I checked statement that the debit did not take for no apparent reason( I had sufficient funds) - Requested premium holiday in December 2023 and January 2024 - policy started debiting again in Feb 2024 to date (19 April) I have emailed my bank statement, called the Call Centre numerous times and no clear answer from Agents. Last Agent I spoke to was Nicky ( who was rude and impatient, who could not explain to me which months are outstanding to cause my policy to lapse). Please can I get assistance and it is important that I resolve this as I have had this policy for long time. Why do Agents not have a transactional list so they can see where the missed premiums, they keep saying they have various systems but still cannot provide answers

Can someone call me.
I was told 1 policy lapse send information and then you guys respond and say 2 have lapsed.
- What is the amount outstanding because when I look at my secure services profile and my debit orders they do not correspond therefore I cannot see which debit is for which policy.

And no one has answered me if the premium holiday causes policies to lapse.
When this enquiry started I sent through my bank statement for a policy that debited +/- R112 and that goes off between 18-20 April each month. On the secure services, there is no policy with that amount.

So this whole thing is opening a lot of questions, please can someone assist me.

I need a breakdown:
- All my policies and how much each premium is
- When do these policies debit
- And these 2 policies that have lapsed how much do I need to pay in order for them to be current and where do I pay?
- How many months outstanding for the policy to have lapsed
- Why do contact details not update on the secure services portal or debit order dates

Or honestly I will log a call with the insurance ombudsman because you taking money and then policies "lapse" - can I have a transactional statement

Good day,
I started addressing this issue about 2 weeks ago. The lady I spoke to now at the call centre said that I have missed 7 premiums. Please can someone tell me which months I would like to resolve this as soon as possible, people covered on the policy(ies) are currently not covered.
Please advise ASAP
