Poor service is a complement

All I can say is ran they don't care about the family you leave behind. I'm closing all my old policies and accounts after the way old mutual lies. I even spoke to a manager and he said he would get back to me and still waiting. If you have policies with old mutual cash them out and put them somewhere else because they just know how to delay
