Poor service, incomplete request

<p>I took my 82 year old grandfather to the branch on the 7th op Sept to change his banking details on his pension.Ref CE ********** by end of Sept this was not done, I contacted the branch and a day later the branch manager got back to me, confirming the details were updated, only to see this morning yet again nothing was done, pension paid into old bank again( which luckily was not closed yet) I truly do not know what to do anymore, they have everything they need, request was signed and completed in the branch. Why is something as easy as changing your banking details to difficult to do. </p>
