POOR SERVICE FROM STAFF AND NOT ABLE TO GIVE PROPER ANSWERS TO MY QUESTION.

Very bad service, lapsed my policies which I had with them for 8 years, 2 years in a row. Expecting me to cough up thousand before they can reinstate my policies. TYRONE JACOBS became very irritated when he tol be prior to lapsing my policies it had missed premuims. When i backtracked with him to how and when he told me it went back to 2021 and he dont have that kind of information he will ask their back office department to calculate and get back to me with in 7 working days! our agreement is on the 25th, some policies they deduct on the 23rd but this specific one i have for 8years with them the will deduct on the 28th for what reason i dont know. Hes managers name is Racy Liberty. MIND YOU I HAVE BEN ON THE LINE FOR 43m WITHOUT AN SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM. THE ONLY ANSWER I GOT IS I WILL GIVE IT TO OUR BACK OFFICE TO CALCULATE AND THEY WILL PHONE YOU WITH IN 7 DAYS!!!
