Poor service from old mutual,think again before joining them
Its been almost 2months and still waiting on my claim pay out,first dates didnt correspond no communication i had to phone 2nd time tax directive didnt go through yet again no communication i had to phone,it was said it will be done manually and i will be notified today no feed back,sick and tired of this now.I had a claim payout from Alex forbs which took 3days and i didnt have to phone
