Poor service from Old mutual with no truth

Old mutual services is so perthitic. They tell lies. i have put my claim an i was told it will be process between 15 to 20 days. now my claim have an error that no one can explain and they keep on promising to call me and don't. why lie than telling the truth from the word go. i wont advice anyone to use old mutual superfund as the service is so poor and the consultant cant trusted too.
