Poor service from Old Mutual Superfund

I've been trying to contact Old Mutual Superfund for three weeks to get an update on my pension scheme payout but cannot get through to anybody at Old Mutual Superfund, the phone just rings.

The whatsapp service does not answer my query and the sms number does not work.

I registered online and this too does not answer my query.

I need to speak yo an actual person however it seems Old Mutual Supergund makes this impossible.

It is extremely frustrating and incredibly poor service.
