Poor service from old Mutual phumulani mall and inaccurate information from consultants

I am having a problem with old mutual my husband passed away last year July,I went there for claims,investment,retirement annuity and life cover now they saying there is no life cover,I went several times where I was given different forms to fill in and I was called by one of their agent saying is in connection with life cover but now they saying there is no life cover but ever those two is difficult for them to pay....the service is very poor with rude staff and the information is not even accurate
