Poor Service from Old Mutual

Call Centre response and assistance is pathetic. Second time in 10 days. First time I waited 28 min to speak to an agent only to be disconnect 15 seconds into the conversation. Second time, I am currently holding on for 1 hour and 26 minutes, still haven't spoken to anyone. I really wish all those useless agents will be fired and replaced with people who want to work and not be staffed with free loaders. Old mutual is more than welcome to contact me for a further review. You guys are pathetic.

To make matters worse, I am waiting 20 days for feedback regarding an email that was sent to them
