Poor service from Old Mutual 😡
I have a policy with Old Mutual ,got a message saying that I’m in arrears,I called to make an enquiry the agent I spoke to said I’m up to date with everything I actually spoke to two agents that day.after a week I got a called from Old Mutual claiming that I owe money from last year I need to make arrangements!My question is the agents I spoke to which system they using?there are records of each call made !I need answers please deal with your people I’ve been waiting for the call till this date!Poor service! Who ever I spoke to that day must answer !

11 Jul 2023, 18:50It’s so sad in order to get attention or be taken serious you need to go public,the person I spoke to said she will inform her manager about the issue ! I even told her that I will def write a review if don’t get a call.
