Poor service from old mutual and their SMS number 48954

My sister in law living in the UK has asked me to assist. She has a superfund policy that she is trying to get paid out for a year now and cannot get it resolved. Old mutual are happy to take peoples money for policies etc but getting them paid out is nigh impossible. I have now sent an SMS to the number provided 48954 for an update but no response.
