Poor service from old mutual and refiloe

I have with you for more than two years now but because of missing one premium in October you decided to can my policy . How can you can the policy because of missing one month premium ? So why you debited my account in November? In January I will to you branch at tembisa bircher across mall and spoke to one of you agent by the name of Refiloe she said she will reinstate the policy and will go through on 27th of Jan that doesn't happen she failed to give me feedback until I called today during my lunch. She doesn't listen and she doesn't fulfill her promises , she said she will call me at 17h00 she didn't bother her self to call me. I don't know she was employed there because she doesn't respect clients her service is pathetic. I'm going to escalate this to my attorney
