Poor service from old mutual

My mom has a funeral policy with old mutual When she passed away my younger brother who is a beneficiary logged a claim and advised that the funds will be available in 48 hours. Even today we haven't seen a dime from old mutual. Imagine if we were relying on old mutual only for our mother's funeral it would be a disaster.
