Poor service from Old Mutual
Despite placing my entire retirement fund with them since 2015, they failed to pay my pension money at the end of July 2024. This has forced to me to fund my monthly payments for medical aid, Levies, groceries etc. from some savings that I had put to one side.
As they are a large corporate I had to get an alternative company to threaten them with legal action.
What they have done is completely ******* and I have not even received an apology.

Old Mutual delaying tactics have cost me a considerable amount of money. They don’t deserve even 1*
