Poor service from Nyiko Ngobeni Finanacial advisor

I am disgusted by the service received from Nyiko Ngobeni Finanacial advisor at OM No.1 Mutual place,107 Rivonia , Sandton. This advisor promised me high returns on the OM investment plan luring us to sign up.After signing up with her, a couple of days later she began borrowing money from us stating that O.M does not pay her much. Curious about how my investment was performing I visited the Parktown branch on st Adrew str and the advisor there was able to give the right details about the plan.
