Poor Service from Complaints and Customer Service Department

I have received the worst customer service from the Old Mutual customer services and complaints department. I deposited money into Old Mutual in January and on the 22/02/2024 the money has not yet been allocated. What is worse is that I escalated this matter to the complaints department in January and to date the issue has not been resolved. I called the complaints department and they only thing they can do is escalate the matter to an unknown person which is what they have been doing since January. I am extremely tired of the poor service and regret the day I opened an investment with them. From my experience I would not recommend Old Mutual to any of my family because the service is extremely poor.
