Poor service
Encourage me to open a money account without disclosing that the account actual belongs to Bidvest bank. Bidvest suspended my account and Old Mutual not welling to help.

I Khethang Makobosheane, IDno. *** sell s**** for a living. I mainly sell to Waynes S**** Metal and they pay my proceeds into an FNB account that belongs me, and I inturn transfer it to my personal Capitec and from there to my Old Mutual Money Account Bidvest Bank, Account no. *** to keep as savings.
Please see attached documents from Waynes as proof that I am a customer there, as well as bank statements to track the movement of these funds as explained above.
Kindly lift the suspension from my account as I urgently need my funds. If this goes any further, I would withdraw all my fund from this account and rather use a bank that will not suspended my account.
Let me know if you need anything further.
