Poor service empty promises
You are bad when it comes to claims I've been paying my policy with old mutual for 7 to 8 years every single month on the 15th now that I want to claim its taking me 17 business days and still no feedback no nothing I was called o ly once and still not constructive but a plain old sorry so just giving you a heads up people be warned they talk big but do less imagine yourself having a funeral policy, life cover with this company making empty promises

07 Dec 2021, 16:40I went to claim the 16th of last month today is the 7th Dec I doubt you gonna give me a call even avBob is better then this company assupol and also metro politan I've claimed from those in the past and I've never ever been left waiting for 16 days in 16 days a relative needs to be barried, just saying think about your poor service you delivering
