Poor service

The worst service i have ever received from the Superfund department. They dont ever pick up the call. I submitted my claim on 19 Feb and 3 months later i still have notvbeen paid up. I had to phone to find out that there is some info missing butbnobody botgeres to call me witb this. Finaly i thoughtvi was done when i was told that it will be paid out within 24 to 48 hours and this has already been over a week.
