Poor service delivery from Old Mutual Life.

<p>My step father has passed away nearly two months ago leaving my mother and brother without a bread winner and on the verge of being on the street due to the financial strain they are in. Old Mutual Policy being active since 2007 is with upper management pending payout with reasons now why they should not pay. My mom is in a financial situation now hence me now taking over to assist. They are quick to take funds but when payout there is a lengthy delay which they should know places the individual family at risk of loosing cars, home. I am ready to go further to the news papers and Lawyers if we do not get assistance as this is a serious matter.</p>
