Poor service delivery

Worse customer ever experience . A requested was made to Old Mutual for RA to be paid out. Only 16 days after numerous emails and calls did they start to process the request. Everytime I followed up on the request I was told the same story and each time they escalated the process only to find out after a month nothing has been done. Tried to contact the Cape Town branch after submitting I'd number you are put on hold for over 15 minutes. It's just an nightmare dealing with Old Mutual.
