Poor Service Delivery
Good day @OldMutual.
I have an investment policy with Old Mutual. However instead of me getting an interest on my investment. EVERY month, my investment seems to be decreasing??
I emailed the consultant that deals with my investment. She responded that she will look into it. Then never again. Could you kindly assist. Thanks
