Poor service delivery

I have life cover, rettirement annuity and funeral policy witth old mutual for more than 15years. This is the bad choice i have made in my life. Secunda branch since last year up to now i have been struggling to get assistance. If they their system is not offline i am being refer from one building to another. I even requested to move my RA to ABSA due to their poor service but to no assistance. I have done word of mouth tto most of my friends not to take any policy witth old mutual.
