Poor service delivery

I have had the worst experience with old Mutual when I submitted my surrender claim both online and at one of their branches . The online was was submitted and received on the 6th of May and their turn around time said 5 working days but up till now there has been no payment or even a textd stating how far they are with processing my claim. The one submitted at the branch was submitted on the 12th of May and they said that the payment will be processed within two working days but it's now day 3 so...

All I'm just saying is that they really shouldn't preach what they do not practice. N.S.Ngcobo Durban
