POOR SERVICE

I cant even recall how many times I have had to call Old mutual regarding my tax free investment account. Til today I have not received any of my funds. I was helped by one gentleman who was very helpful (last week). In all honesty call centre agents are the worst, they make you hold on for long. You literally don't get help from Old Mutual (unless it is your lucky day) yet they have been around for 175 years so they say..Really? I dont see myself with them anymore...Their level of service is poor, communication is bad
