Poor Service

Am very disappointed at old mutual I did a disinverstment on my tax free investment account on the 30th of March 2023 and still to date I haven't received my money , I went to the branch and they told me I should call headlines office , I called head office more than 8 times now still no solution , they last guy I spoke to told me the matter has been escalated and I will receive my money in the next 48hrs since then its been 7 days now , like am failing to understand what's wrong because I submitted all my documents and even have the references number.

Can someone kindly assist me , as I need my money.
