POOR SERVICE

Hi , I am so disappointed by the service at old mutual regarding issues and the claims we raise and in return we do not get responses however when it come to the debit date they don't miss. We made a claim at the branch on the 7th October and even today we haven't got feedback as to what is happening with the *** Cell ***
