Poor Service
Good day
I am a very unhappy client of Old Mutual Namibia, on the 17 February 2022 Standard bank Homeloans request a cession on My Name and my Wife but till today no request has been answered. As I understand on Cession email that request turn around period is 7 days and we are now at the 11th day??
Is this what customer service looks like at Old Mutual and if it is so what a poor reflection. When we are paying installments you are not waiting you receive it ontime everytime.

Thank you for the response, I need to have feedback to my issue urgently. I app**** for a Home Loan, buying a home from Someone but this person is now very unhappy for the transactions taking so long and want to cancel the deal now.. you guys need to assist with urgency
