Poor service
Need to improve with the service im not happy i sent an email this morning. Its only now im getting the responce and is not what i was looking for i magine waiting for 8 hours for nothing. I also requested someone to give me a call still waiting for more than 8 hours. Im really not happy with old mutual now.

04 Dec 2020, 19:20How long do you take to get back on me? The service i got now i doubt if i still want to be with old mutual yeeer. Manager or no manager the service is still the same. I tought by now the manager would have called me. Nothing ????woow.

04 Dec 2020, 19:23I mean really the whole day. On the other side they keep transfering me on the email. Can i get consultatant to call me in the morning now i want to cancell evrthing with old mutual i cnnt keep begging you to render service on me!!
